Mixed feeling

I am very happy with the final product; however, I'm unhappy with one major issue. There was a very basic, inadequate, and hard-to-read instruction sheet, and no how-to video was provided to help with the setup. The product consists of multiple components and is designed to accommodate various configurations. It is a shame to produce a well-designed product but fall short in such a vital aspect of customer support.

I suggest producing a pictorial, step-by-step online instruction, with a printable version also available for download and printing if the customer prefers.

On a separate note, a single small solid (metal or similar) piece needs to be screwed in from below to help flush the connection between the return and the main table surface. I did this and it certainly improved the final outcome.
