For customers in need of expedited delivery, we offer an Express Shipping option. Selecting Express Shipping will prioritize your order, with a typical processing time of 1-2 days. Standard shipping rates for Express Shipping apply.

Shipping Locations

We offer shipping services to a wide range of locations, including but not limited to Yatala, the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and more. Our goal is to ensure that your orders reach you, no matter where you are.

Order Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing comprehensive tracking details or delivery confirmation. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment until it arrives at your doorstep.

Address Verification

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We regret that we cannot assume responsibility for deliveries to incorrect addresses. Any additional costs associated with redelivery will be the customer's responsibility.

For orders using third-party delivery services, please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Third-party delivery times may vary and are subject to their own terms and conditions. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth handoff to third-party couriers, we cannot control their delivery schedules.

In-Store Collection Option

For local customers or those who prefer in-person pickup, we offer a convenient Free In-Store Collection service. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. Upon pickup, please present a copy of your order confirmation (screenshot or invoice number starting with #) as proof of purchase.

While we guarantee the highest standards in packaging, the third-party carrier is responsible for the transportation of your order. Minor damages during transit typically do not affect product usage.
