Shipping and Delivery

At DeskOne, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for every customer. Please review the following policy carefully to understand our procedures, service inclusions, and expectations prior to placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe excludes pre-order items. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or special launches, processing times may be subject to delay. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these periods.


Delivery Location & Scope of Service

Standard deliveries are made to the ground floor or building entrance only. Our drivers will deliver to the nearest accessible point, such as the front door, ground floor, or designated loading area.

Delivery to specific locations — including upstairs, inside a room, or to a designated install area — is available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance. Please contact our customer service team prior to your delivery date to make these arrangements.


Heavy Item Notice (30kg+)

Some items in your order may exceed 30kg. If you require delivery beyond the standard drop-off point, please ensure that at least one able-bodied person is available on-site to assist with carrying on the day of delivery.

If no assistance is available upon arrival, the driver will place the item at the nearest safe and accessible location. We are unable to fulfil requests for placement in specific locations without on-site assistance.

Please be advised that in the event delivery to a specified location is attempted without adequate assistance, Deskone accepts no liability for any damage caused to the product or to the premises, including but not limited to flooring, walls, doorways, or surrounding property.


Local Delivery Assistance & Service Fee

For local deliveries of larger items such as dining tables, bookcases, and corner desks, customer assistance is required during unloading and placement into the premises. Please ensure at least one able-bodied person is present at the time of delivery.

If no assistance is available upon arrival, or if additional help beyond standard curbside delivery is requested from the delivery team, a service fee of $50 will apply. This fee covers the additional handling time and labour required to complete the delivery safely and must be settled prior to rescheduling if applicable.


Upstairs Delivery

Upstairs delivery is not included as part of our standard service and will not be performed without prior arrangement and payment of the applicable fee. Please contact us in advance to organise this service.


Specific Delivery Time Slots

Requests for specific delivery time slots are subject to an additional charge. Please contact our customer service team for availability and pricing prior to your scheduled delivery.


Redelivery Fee

In the event that a delivery attempt is unsuccessful for reasons not attributable to DeskOne — including but not limited to an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, unavailability of an authorised recipient, or restricted site access — the customer will be liable for a redelivery fee. This fee must be settled in full prior to the scheduling of any subsequent delivery attempts.


Address Verification

Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address at the time of checkout. DeskOne cannot accept responsibility for deliveries made to an incorrect address as provided by the customer. Any costs associated with redelivery under such circumstances will be borne by the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details or delivery confirmation. This allows you to monitor your shipment through to delivery.


Third-Party Delivery Services

For orders fulfilled via third-party courier services, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed and are subject to the courier's own terms and conditions. While we take every measure to ensure a smooth handoff, DeskOne is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.


Express Shipping

An Express Shipping option is available for customers requiring expedited delivery. Orders placed with Express Shipping are prioritised, with a typical processing time of 1–2 business days. Standard express shipping rates apply.


In-Store Collection

Local customers and those who prefer to collect in person are welcome to use our complimentary In-Store Collection service. You will be notified by email when your order is ready. Upon collection, please present a copy of your order confirmation (screenshot or invoice number beginning with #) as proof of purchase.


Bulk Orders

For large quantity purchases, please submit your requirements to admin@steelpowergroup.com.au. Our team will provide a tailored shipping quote.


Shipping Costs

DeskOne is committed to offering competitive and transparent shipping rates. We absorb costs wherever possible to make quality office furniture accessible to our customers. For shipping quotes, specific rate inquiries, or deliveries requiring special arrangements, please contact our team directly.


Transportation & Packaging

All orders are packaged to the highest standard prior to dispatch. Once collected by a third-party carrier, the responsibility for transportation rests with the carrier. Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect product functionality may occasionally occur during transit. Should any concerns arise upon receipt of your order, please contact our customer support team promptly.
